I believe that this image constitutes fair use in that it is a screenshot of an image that was then made into a thumbnail of such quality that makes the written text in the image illegible.
It was taken from the library of congress website [1], where the caption includes
- Diagram by Charles
- Displayed in the 1969 Exhibition
- Qu'est-ce Que Le Design?
- (What is Design?)
- at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris,
- photograph.
The image also included some text at the bottom that was taken off since it was completely illegible that said, "Statement of the Eames Design Process by Charles Eames for the Louvre Show: "What is Design", 1969"
