Eamonn Barry

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Eamonn Barry is an Irish Gaelic football manager from Meath.

[edit] Career

He became coach of the Meath football team for the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship 2006, as succcessor to the long-time manager Sean Boylan. However, Meath did not perform well in the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship 2006. After a County Board meeting, Barry was replaced by Colm Coyle as Meath manager on 11 September 2006. His response was 'I'm not a bit surprised. I've been well aware of the situation for the past couple of months'.
