It is contended that the use of this image qualifies as fair use when used in the article on Eagle TV for the following reasons.

1. This image is copyrighted and their is no non-copyrighted version of this imge available.
2. This image is used for identification and or educational purposes in the article on Eagle TV
3. This image is of a reasonably low resolution.
4. The use of this logo does not detract in any way from the companies ability to market its product
