Eagle Peak (11,358 ft / 3,462 m) is situated in the Absaroka Range in the U.S. state of Wyoming, and is the tallest mountain in Yellowstone National Park.[2][3] Located on the park boundary with Shoshone National Forest, the mountain rises to the east of the southeast arm of Yellowstone Lake. The mountain is also one of the highest points in the Washakie Wilderness area of Shoshone National Forest.
