EA portal is the portal, which is realated to the Euro Aquae program of European Union. It's branch of the European Union and being carried out under the Erasmum Mundus Program, whose articles are also exist in wikipeida.

So, those are the organization related to EA portal belongs to. If someone say it's 3rd party information, I must say most of the article must be deleted from wikipeida, which is not the orientation of wikipedia, I think.

If you say it's article about 3rd party, any information can be belong to some party. (e.g. article about USA ... is related to the people in america?)

There might me fewer interest in EA portal, but it's not personal and registored organization in European Union.

My opinion is demand of people want to know clearly about it, which makes wikipedia succeed.

The EA protal itself is non profitable organization. There is no profitable will or advertisement intention in the article, but rather want to contribute organize people's awareness.

So, please don't put 'need to be deleted tag' and please give me moree reason why the article must be deleted to violation of no 3rd party sources.

I don't feel good to this kind of caution to be honest.
