Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Mike Mullen, on video screen, delivers remarks during the EA-18G Growler roll out ceremony held at the Boeing Company in St. Louis, Mo., Aug. 3, 2006. The EA-18 Growler is being developed to replace the U.S. Navy fleet's current carrier-based EA-6B Prowler.
