I think this article should be deleted because it's irrelevant. Does anybody know how to delete this article?

The article is of 'importance' as providing background history to Nigerian political scientists. Essien Udom was, I think, the first black professor in Political Science at the University of Ibadan, setting the scene for Nigerian explorations of aspects of Nigerian political thought. In addition he is mentioned on three other Wiki pages (Malcolm X; Amy Jacques Garvey; and Harlem), so that having some background to him would be useful. 82.46.20.84 21:23, 7 February 2007 (UTC) Jeremy Dudley
