E. Snapper Ingram

Ebenezer Snapper Ingram (Dec. 8, 1884- 15 Apr 1966). Served as a Los Angeles City Councilman representing the 10th district from 1927 until 1935. Was born to Samuel S. Ingram, born in Wales and was a High School Teacher, and Elizabeth E. James on December 8, 1884 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. He died on April 15, 1966 in Los Angeles, California). He also had a brother named Russell Uhl Ingram, who was a book keeper.
