E. Boepple stands for Ernst Boepple E. Boepple was an antisemitic publisher in Germany associated with the publication of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion in Germany. He, and his associate, are responsible for the conspiracy theory that "Bolshevism is Jewish," subsequently dubbed, The Jewish Bolshevism.
