Template talk:E-road

Why the insistence on a fixed-pixel-width specification instead of the more flexible em units, which scale automatically to browser preferences? *Dan T.* 21:23, 25 March 2007 (UTC)

I'm sorry, but em didn't scale automatically my browser... and because of that I changed it into pix. Now, It seems to scale... till' when?

[edit] Expansion advisable

IMHO, this template should be expended to include all the E-roads. Though there would be quite a few red links, recent creations of new articles have made this template out-of-date very quickly... Ranma9617 01:25, 12 April 2007 (UTC)

Ranma9617, please, if you can improve the template, DO IT!

[edit] EU flag

Why is flag of the European Union included in the template? The International E-road network is responsibility of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and has nothing to do with the EU. – Apalsola 17:18, 28 July 2007 (UTC)

I agree with you that it has nothing to do... but EU flag may be used here as a European symbol without taking the institutional symbol it really is.
Remove it if you want.
:-p

I agree with Apalsola. Another consideration is that the E-road network now extends well beyond Europe into Asia. Have replaced the EU flag with that of the UN. -- Picapica (talk) 18:16, 19 April 2008 (UTC)
