Dzerzhinsky City District (Russian: Дзержи́нский райо́н) is one of the city districts of Perm. According to the results of the 2002 Census, Dzerzhinsky City District is fourth by the size of population with 153,403 inhabitants (constituting 15.2 % of population of Perm). The population wen down from 163,012 recorded in the 1989 Census.

The city district is called after Felix Edmundovich Dzerzhinsky, a Soviet revolutionary and politician.

The city district is situated on both banks of the Kama River. Two other rivers flowing through it are the Mulyanka River and the Danilikha River.
