Dz13 is an experimental treatment developed by Australian scientists which aims to combat a range of illnesses from diabetes to heart disease and cancer.
[edit] How it works
The treatment works by targeting "c-Jun", a disease causing gene found in diseased blood vessels, eyes, lungs, joints and the stomach, removing it from the DNA in a cell. It has been proven to have a positive effect on skin cancer in patients.[citation needed]
