There are some serious concerns regarding the licensing of Image:USDHScrestred.jpg which I believe that you uploaded to commons[1]. The use of the image in the article University of San Diego High School is not in question, but the license is. Please refer to the discussion at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Media_copyright_questions#Official_logos_using_Copyrighted_free_use_license and add your comments.
