Dymi (Greek: Δύμη) is a municipality in the Achaea prefecture, Greece. Its seat of administration is the town Kato Achaia, pre-1990s/rarely Kato Ahaia (Greek: Κάτω Αχαΐα meaning Lower Achaia). It is located 22 km SW of Patras, 242 km W of Athens and 74 km (old 78 km) NE of Pyrgos in Greece. The highway since the 1980s bypasses the town, since 2002 has a traffic light. Its population in the 1980s was 4,000. The population today is around 5,000. Its nearby communities and hamlets are Gomosto and Vlachaiika to the west southwest, Kalamaki to the west, Alykes, its closest beach, Alissos to the east, Achaiko to the southeast, and Kapeli (about 2.5 km SW of the centre) to the southwest. Its postal code is 252 and Its dialing code is 26930.

The centre of town sits by a ravine and is lined, further down is the OSE train tracks. The town has schools, a church, three squares (plateia), banks, a police station, a fire station, a water tower to the south, a stadium near Kapeli, and a train station in the east. The beaches north and northwest of Kato Achaïa has hotels including the Dymi Hotel are operated by West Achaia Association of Hotels was famous for tourism.

Forests are founded within valleys and the northwest along with a small hill.

Residential houses are in the south, east mainly lined up with the old national highway. East of town is a river which is the community boundary.

Kato Achaia is the seat of the municipality of Dymi, sometimes as Dyme, before the 1990s, Dimi (Greek: Δημος Δύμης) with the population of 8,765 (2001?) which includes the communities of:
