Dying in Your Arms is a 2005 single written by Matt Heafy. It is the eighth track on Trivium's second album Ascendancy. The Ascendancy Special Edition also includes the music video for the song, the song being performed live and the single edit of the song.

The single edit of the song features differences from the album version such as: it is 3:05 in length, a piano introduction is added, metalcore screaming vocals on the track is replaced with clean vocals, the vocals are increased and a tambourine can be heard during the chorus.

In the video for this song, the band can be seen performing live on a stage, and doing some back-stage activities. The live footage and backstage footage is mostly recorded at The Limelight in Belfast, Northern Ireland in its Spring & Airbrake section. The video features the edited version of the song with screaming vocals of the song cut out, and replaced by singing.
