The station is affiliated with Ultrasonic Broadcasting System, Inc. (UBSI) in the Philippines. The station's studio is located in Tagum City. The radio station began its first broadcast on November 2006 .

95.1Mhz was formerly known as K95fm under Mabuhay Broadcasting Service (MBS),they went on affiliating with Ultrasonic Broadcasting System, Inc. playing old hits, hit backs, FRC, Visayan songs, Golden Love Songs and Classic Hits during the late 1970s to 1990s.
