[edit] Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mahāmada
(copied from discussion)
None of those is a reason for deletion. If the article isn't "fully ready for Wiki standards", fix it up. There is no deadline for completion of the project; almost every article is currently under construction. I would highly recommend that you please familiarize yourself with the deletion policy first before listing another article for deletion. Thank you. [edit] March 2008
Please do not add copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to Mahāmada. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Abecedare (talk) 23:52, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
- Please read the links in the above warning. Simply put: you cannot add copyrighted text and then modify it. Abecedare (talk) 23:56, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] 3 revert rule
In case you are not aware, you have also violated the three revert rule on the Mahāmada. I don't plan to report you yet since you are new here and may not be aware of the policies, but any further edit-warring may lead to a block. Abecedare (talk) 00:08, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] article recreation
please stop recreating the article. Please publish your original research elsewhere. If you have some academic source you want to cite, please do that at Bhavishya_Purana#Pratisargaparvan. If you want to discuss the works of Vidyarthi, do it at Abdul Haq Vidyarthi. Contrary to your claim, mahaamada does not occur the Rigveda. It's a Puranic term, meaning "elephant bull in rut". dab (𒁳) 09:57, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
I will ask you again to stop adding nonsense to Wikipedia. If you insist, you will be blocked from editing. dab (𒁳) 10:42, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
