[edit] Dwarf cichlid article revived

This article was previously merged with the cichlid article. I revived it for several reasons.

• Most of the original content of this article got lost when merged with the cichlid article.
• "Dwarf cichlid" is a popular category used by aquarists and this article should be useful for readers who is interested in fishkeeping
• Other groups of cichilds like the mbuna or shell dwellers have their own articles too.
• This article exist in wikipedia of other languages (at least the Polish wiki).
