Dwayne Wright (born June 2, 1983 in San Diego, California) is an American football running back who currently plays for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the Bills in the fourth round (111th overall) of the 2007 NFL Draft. He played collegiately at Fresno State.

Dwayne Wright rushed for 1,000 yards in three consecutive years for Fresno State in the Western Athletic Conference. Wright played under coach Pat Hill.
