Dwayne Arlan Alons is the Iowa State Representative from the 4th District. He has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 1998. He received his BS from Northwestern College and his MS from the University of Arkansas.
Alons currently serves on several committees in the Iowa House - the Appropriations committee; the Environmental Protection committee; and the Judiciary committee, where he is the ranking member. He also serves on the Justice System Appropriations Subcommittee.
Alons was re-elected in 2006 with 9,743 votes, running unopposed. [1]
