The dwarf lemurs are the lemurs of the genus Cheirogaleus. All of the species in this genus, like all other lemurs, are native to Madagascar. The species are divided into two groups.[1]

- Fat-tailed Dwarf Lemur, Cheirogaleus medius
- Southern Fat-tailed Dwarf Lemur, Cheirogaleus adipicaudatus
- C. major group
- Greater Dwarf Lemur, Cheirogaleus major
- Furry-eared Dwarf Lemur, Cheirogaleus crossleyi
- Lesser Iron-gray Dwarf Lemur, Cheirogaleus minusculus
- Greater Iron-gray Dwarf Lemur, Cheirogaleus ravus
- Sibree's Dwarf Lemur, Cheirogaleus sibreei
