Douglas ("Dusty") Scott Dvorak (born July 29, 1958 in San Diego) is a former volleyball player form the United States, who was a member of the American Men's National Team that won the gold medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics.
An All-American at University of Southern California, Dvorak was the setter on the 1984 U.S. volleyball team that captured the gold medal. He was also a member of the teams that won the 1985 World Cup and the 1986 World Championship. He later played professionally in Italy and with Mediolanum won the 1991 World Club Championship. He then returned and enjoyed some success on the national pro beach four man tour.
