Dustin Spagnola (Born 1980) is a contemporary visual artist based in New York. His work has been in the Lower East Side of New York City and most recently Osaka, Japan. He is notable for taking a staunchly pro graffiti stance in the publics view while continue to assert that he is not a graffiti artist, rather a fine artist who uses the symbolism of vandalism to infiltrate into the fine art owners home.
