Dustin Cherniawski (born September 22, 1981 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) is a former free safety playing for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League. Cherniawski played collegiately at the University of British Columbia. He was drafted by Saskatchewan (39th overall) in the 2005 CFL Draft.

In 2005, he dressed in a total of 18 games as a backup defensive back and special teams player. In 2006, he dressed in a total of 19 games and was second on the team with 18 special teams tackles. On May 27, 2008, he announced his retirement from the CFL to focus on his career outside of the game.

While playing for the UBC Thunderbirds, he was named a conference All Star in 2004. He graduated from UBC with a degree in commerce.

Prior to university he played for the Edmonton Huskies of the Canadian Junior Football League.
