The Durabrand logo (scanned from a package by me) and is not copyrighted.

The circled symbol on the logo is a ® symbol, not a © symbol.

But since it is trade-marked, it is tagged with a copyrighted tag so it is warned not to be used for commercial use.

I found it on a package on a Durabrand item. It is not said to be copyrighted, with only a ® symbol.
