Durga Prasad Dhar (Hindi: दुर्गा प्रसाद धर, Urdu: دُرگا پرساد دھر ) was a prominent Kashmiri politician who was confidant of Indira Gandhi. He served as an ambassador to Russia, and as a minister in the Kashmir and Delhi administrations.
