Julia Roberts and Clive Owen play corporate spies who manipulate a corporate race to corner the market on a medical innovation that will reap huge profits. Billy Bob Thornton and Tom Wilkinson play CEOs of rival pharmaceutical companies.[2]

Production on Duplicity began in New York City on March 9, 2008 and will wrap shooting on May 27 of that year. The film is scheduled for release on March 20, 2009.[3]
