Dupeni (Macedonian: Дупени) is a village in the Resen municipality of Macedonia. The village is located right on Prespa Lake and has a very nice beach. Dupeni is divided into Dolno Dupeni and Gorno Dupeni.

Dupeni has around 230 inhabitants. All of them are Macedonians, they all speak Macedonian and are Macedonian Orthodox.
