Dupchanchia (Bengali: ধুপচাঁচিয়া) is an Upazila of Bogra District in the Division of Rajshahi, Bangladesh.

Dupchanchia is located at 24.8750° N 89.1694° E . It has 29153 units of house hold and total area 162.45 km². Dupchanchia (Town) has an area of 4.93 sq km for the municipality.

As of 1991 Bangladesh census^[1], Dupchanchia has a population of 149112. Males constitute are 50.77% of the population, and females 49.23%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 76561. Dupchanchia has an average literacy rate of 29.3% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate. ^[2]

Dupchanchia is one of the biggest thana of Bogra. Dupchanchia Municipality was established in 2000. It has 9 wards and 38 mahallas. Literacy rate among the town people is 43.3%.It has 6 Unions/Wards, 115 Mauzas/Mahallas, and 230 villages.
