The Duom is a type of spear used in Dungeons and Dragons, whose existence in real life is currently under debate. It is a long spear with a regular spearhead, as well as two blades curved so that they point backward along the shaft. The weapon is designed as such so that the wielder could use a practiced "reverse thrust" to attack opponents after they had already thrust the spear.
Whilst some types of poleaxe and spear did have some backward-facing blades, such as stylized fleur de lys spearheads, the use of separate backward-facing blades attached to the shaft has not yet been documented by Wikipedia and is believed to be a modern fiction invented specifically to gain advantage under attack types permitted in Dungeons and Dragons.
