Dundullimal Homestead

Dundullimal Homestead is a colonial slab hut located about 10 kilometres out of Dubbo, New South Wales, on the Obley Road. It is also located only several kilometres further out of town past the famous Western Plains Zoo. The building is believed to be the oldest slab hut house still in existence in Australia. The building is administered by the National Trust and has become a major and significant tourist attraction in the Dubbo area attracting large numbers of visitors from all around the country. Dundullimal Homestead allows the visitor to get an insight into Australian colonial life from the 19th century.
