[edit] Synopsis
K.K.Singhania (Kader Khan) is quite happy to buy hotel Maharaja International at a cheap price. Though his happiness is short lived because of a small restaurant (Dhaba) owned by Raja (Govinda) in its premisis. Singhania wants to get the dhaba removed but Raja is always a step ahead of him. The battle between Singhania and Raja leads to hilarious situations.
Even Singhania's manager Bankhey (Johnny Lever) knows how cunning Raja is and repeatedly warns Singhnaia of him. But Raja, with his wit and wisdom, makes even Bankhey stand up on his side! Singhania at first asks Raja to remove his Dhaba from the hotel premisis but Raja refuses. He then sends some men to beat up Raja, but in turn they end up beating Singhania. He tries to demolish the dhaba with a bulldozer, only to end up getting the top two floors of his hotel blasted. He reduces the price of food in his hotel and Raja starts providing meals free of cost in his dhaba. He tries with all his will to get rid of Raja's dhaba but in vain. Worse, Raja is in love with his daughter Kiran (Raveena Tandon).
Though Kiran has a different gameplan. She actually loves Rahul Sinha (Mohnish Behl) and as per a condition laid down by her father, he'll allow her to marry his greatest enemy but not Rahul, knowing well that Rahul is merely a philanderer.
Rahul finally shows his true colors when Kiran elopes with him. He blackmails Singhania for his property in ransom for his daughter. Raja reaches Rahul's place and creates mistrust between Rahul and his two companions, Bishambhar Nath (Prem Chopra) and Pitambar Nath (Rana Jung Bahadur) and through his clever tricks and help from Bankhey, takes hold of Bishambar Nath's entire property. Singhania recognizes him as the true match for his daughter, while Kiran also realizes Raja's true love and honesty when he helps her out of the mess she had landed up in.

[edit] Trivia
- The film was released at the time when Govinda and David Dhawan were delivering superhit comedies. Many thought that this movie is also directed by David Dhawan. Though it was a comedy and starred Govinda, it was directed by Harmesh Malhotra.
- Two of the movie's songs were used as titles for other movies - Suno Sasurjee and Ankhiyon Se Goli Maare. Both these movies turned out to be box-office flops. Incendentally, Ankhiyon Se Goli Maare also starred Govinda, Raveena Tandon & Kader Khan and was also directed by Harmesh Malhotra.
