"Duke's Intro" is an instrumental medley performed by progressive rock band Genesis as the opening number on their 2007 Turn It On Again concert tour.[1] The medley consists of music from the songs "Behind the Lines" and "Duke's End", both from the group's 1980 album Duke. The Turn It On Again tour marks the first time such a medley has been performed. On the European leg of the tour, "Duke's Intro" segued into a complete performance of "Turn It On Again"", also from Duke.
