Dugald Cowan

Dugald McCoig Cowan (1865 – 30 December 1933) was a Scottish Liberal Party politician.
He was elected at the 1918 general election as Coalition Liberal Member of Parliament (MP) for the Combined Scottish Universities. He was re-elected unopposed in 1922 as a Liberal, and held the seat through four further general elections until he died in office in 1934.
