Dufferin is a station on the Bloor-Danforth line of the subway system in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located at 1126 Bloor Street West at Dufferin Street. It was opened in 1966.

Nearby landmarks include Dufferin Mall, the shopping centre with the most revenue per unit area of any mall in Canada, and the temporary site for the Royal Conservatory of Music. The 29 Dufferin bus which serves the station provides service to Exhibition Place, Ontario Place, and the Canadian National Exhibition.

This station has some notoriety among law enforcement; reportedly, drug dealers like the station because it provides multiple escape routes, with an underground walkway and frequent trains.
