Due Carrare is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Padua in the Italian region Veneto, located about 40 km southwest of Venice and about 15 km south of Padua. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 8,468 and an area of 26.6 km².[1]
Due Carrare borders the following municipalities: Abano Terme, Battaglia Terme, Cartura, Maserà di Padova, Montegrotto Terme, Pernumia.
The city is the birthplace of the Carraresi family, who ruled Padua in the late Middle Ages.
