Duchesne Catholic High School is a private, Roman Catholic high school in St. Charles, Missouri. It is located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Saint Louis.

Duchesne High School was established as St. Peter High School in 1924. It was originally a two-year commercial high school, but became a four-year school in 1929. The school moved to its current location in 1956 and was renamed Duchesne Catholic High School [1]
