Please do not remove the AfD tag. You are welcome to give your view at the deletion debate here. Removing the tag will not stop the deletion debate; it only means that people reading the article will not know about the debate and so will not have the chance to contribute. To understand why your article has been nominated for deletion, I suggest you read the Introduction and the Guide to creating your first article and the policies to which they provide pointers. In the deletion debate, references like WP:NOR are to Wikipedia's policies, and though they look cryptic they are "Wikilinks" - clicking on one will take you to the policy to which it refers.
