I am very interested in the history of the Dubuque Packing Company. I would very much like to hear further information from the user who posted the history regarding this company.

One thing I won't miss is the smell, depending on weather the whole area would have a smell that I can only describe as being kind of like bacon, but strong enough at times to be unpleasant.
