The Dublin Tutorial Centre is located on two floors at 19 Upper Mount Street, Dublin. It was founded in 1978 by Dr. Stephen Barcroft and is the only centre in Ireland that offers A levels as an alternative to the Irish Leaving Certificate. It also has an English language school for foreign students wishing to learn English- [1]
DTC makes available a wide range of subject options, in the sciences, arts and humanities. Approximately twelve are available in any one year.
DTC offers a form of managed independence, linking secondary school routine with university life. Place reservations for the next academic year may be made from June onwards.

DTC prepares students for the UK A Level school-leaving exam. We are listed on the National Centre Register as a designated Centre for all the Examining Boards in the UK, working with OCR for languages and humanities, AQA for the sciences, and Edexcel (London) for external students, O Levels and certain other subjects.
We are recognised as an International Centre for the EDEXCEL Examining Board (London). Through EDEXCEL, DTC can offer the GCE International O Level Examinations in certain subjects, where these are necessary for University matriculation requirements. Further advice on this is given at interview.

Annual Ireland & EU
€4,250 (3 subjects), €5,250 (4 subjects) Deposit of 10% (non-refundable) with Application Form. Balance of fees on or before first day of classes.
Annual Non EU
€5,500 (3 subjects), €6,500 (4 subjects) Deposit of 10% (non-refundable) with Application Form. Balance of fees payable before 1st September.
In special circumstances a schedule of 8 monthly payments (Sept.-April) can be arranged. Deposits and fees may be paid by Credit Card.
Examinations
DTC students €30 per subject unit
External students €65 per subject unit
Laboratory Fees
€125 per subject, payable by Chemistry, Biology and Physics students to cover practicals.
Photocopier Use
€25 per annum.
