The Dublin Intermediate Football Club Championship is an annual Gaelic Athletic Association club competition between the top Dublin Clubs. The winners of the Dublin Championship qualify to represent their county in the Leinster Intermediate Club Football Championship and in turn, go on to the All-Ireland Intermediate Club Football Championship. Although, the most coveted position won by the winning team is their qualification to play in the Dublin Senior Football Championship. The 2007 championship was contested by both Fingal Ravens and St Brigids. Ravens won the title for the first time ever by 0-07 to 0-06.[1] The previous final was won by Peregrines against St Margarets in a game that finished 1-11 to 0-9. This year sees 7 Senior League teams competing in the Intermediate competition, one of which is Sean Foxes much fancied Kilmacud Crokes team who look to be strong favourites for this years title.
