Dubbing dramaturge

Dubbing dramaturge is a profession in the movie industry.
The dubbing dramaturge participates in the international distribution of a given movie. When a movie is distributed in a country, where the language differs from the movie's original language, the distributor of the movie can decide to dub or to subtitle the movie.
The dubbing dramaturge adapts the movie to the domestic language using the international dubbing script: translates the dialogues, marks the place for voice over and overlapping, and writes ambiance chatters.
