The Dubai Pearl is a complex currently under construction in the Dubai Media City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The complex consist of six residential towers (with 2,000 apartments in total), three hotel towers (with 1,500 rooms) and two office towers. The complex is to cost $810 million. The development is to include an opera house, 2,000 units of residences and offices, 1,500 units of hotel rooms, a conference complex, retail-leisure complex. Construction of the complex is on-hold due to construction delays, change in ownership, and redesigns. Height figures have only been released for 4 of the 9 tallest buildings in the Dubai Pearl. New plan of Dubai pearl is 3 billion USD project , 4 towers , each one 67 floors . have 2 podium for Shopping mall and 4 floor of parking space. 3 special floors will be Sky homes . Main investor is Al Fahim Family from Abu Dhabi
