[edit] Other Duallas

User:Sarah777 recently reverted this page from a disambiguation page to an article on the Irish municipality. I have reverted back, as making "Dualla" default to the Irish location ignores the other uses of the word Dualla. Searching the term on Google Books gives 693 results. Glancing through these shows that the Cameroonian usages are by far the most common, followed by the Irish place, and finally the Battlestar Galactica character. Google Scholar gives similar results. A straight Google search places the fictional character in first place. Therefore, it is unfair to assign the article "Dualla" to the Irish location when Cameroonian usages are more common. — Dulcem (talk) 01:05, 22 May 2008 (UTC)

Not sure what version of Google you are quizzing but all I get for "dualla" on the first page is the village and the fictional character Anastasia. Excluding the Wiki articles the village takes the first three and 7 of 9 on page one. Sarah777 (talk) 01:14, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
Oh! I see the Google books ref - it is the principle language in Cameroon. my bad; apologies, I'll revert. Sarah777 (talk) 01:17, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
No worries! I also found that there is a place in Cote d'Ivoire with that name, so I've gone ahead and added it to the list. Cheers, — Dulcem (talk) 01:21, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
