Duane Wood (born September 20, 1937) is a former professional American football cornerback who played five professional seasons (1960-1964) in the American Football League for the Dallas Texans/Kansas City Chiefs franchise. He was in the Texans' 1962 AFL Championship game win over the two-time AFL Champion Houston Oilers in the longest professional football championship game up to that time. The next year, 1963 he was selected to the AFL All-Star game.
