Duane Clifford Putnam (born September 5, 1928 in Pollock, South Dakota) was an American football offensive guard who spent ten seasons in the National Football League, mostly with the Los Angeles Rams.
He appeared in four Pro Bowls, and was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in their 1960 expansion draft.
In 1974, he served as defensive line coach for the Philadelphia Bell of the World Football League. He also served as the line coach for the Atlanta Falcons.
His daughter, Pamela Gail Putnam (born 1952), was married from 1970-1971 to Michael Reagan, the eldest son of former U.S. President Ronald Reagan.
