Duane Capizzi is an American writer and television producer. He is best known for his extensive work on animated series and movies for DC Comics. He is the co-creator and co-showrunner of the most recent Batman animated series, The Batman.
In 1987, He worked as a Production Assistant in the Harmony Gold USA anime OAV The World of the Talisman.
In 2005, he wrote the animated movie The Batman vs Dracula, and also worked on the DVD movie Superman: Brainiac Attacks. He is presently working on the DC Universe Original Animated Movies line of films, most recently writing the line's first outing: Superman: Doomsday.
Other Credits include Darkwing Duck, Jackie Chan Adventures, Aladdin and Roughnecks: The Starship Troopers Chronicles.
