Dušan Švento (born 1 August 1985) is a Slovak footballer who plays for SK Slavia Praha and the Slovak national side.

Švento made his debut in the national team in the Euro 2008 qualification match against Malta.[1]

During summer 2007, he went to an English club Derby County for a trial and to take a look at the facilities there. Seemingly, more English based clubs were interested. However, this interest has ended has as he has damaged knee ligaments after returning to Prague. He has undregone a surgery and has been out for almost a year.
