[edit] Very short entries
Hi there,
Very short entries that are not linked to the rest of Wikipedia run the risk of getting deleted because they don't contain enough information. Wikipedia:Perfect stub article and Wikipedia:How to write a great article should help you along. The ideal stub article contains a definition of the subject and then a few more factoid to help others on their way. You also tend to write about tiny subjects like a single file or process. Perhaps you can think bigger and write about the process they all seem to be related to. - Mgm|(talk) 09:27, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Self=promotion
Adding yourself to Wikipedia (like you did with the Stormer article) is generally considered inappropriate. If you're sufficiently notable to have an entry you should wait for others to write it to avoid bias. At the very least you should indicate how you meet WP:BIO criteria. - Mgm|(talk) 09:30, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
