Copyright Notice - some of the text of the article was copied from material copyrighted by Sage Systems Technologies on their web pages for the DSTARR program. The DSTARR program is a government funded and sanctioned program meaning the material should be in the public domain. I have contacted Ms. Teri Lesicko of Sage to clarify this issue.
